Word on the street is that some of our loyal PDX kheadz need their KOi fix to be gluten free. We hear you, and we are making changes to some of our secret recipes to oblige. Soon our Bulgogi Beef and Kalbi Short Rib marinades will be made with Gluten Free Tamari. Tamari, like soy sauce, is made from fermented soybeans, but unlike its traditional counterpart, it contains little or no wheat and is therefore darker, richer, and smoother. Mama Kwon isn’t so sure about us messing with her recipes, but we are excited to serve our gluten-free fans.
