Hi there,
I think your business is just brilliant. I am currently living in Olympia washington BUT i am moving back down to eugene oregon and my brother, his fiancee and myself are considering opening up a food truck in Euegene to take advantage of the large student body in that area. I’m writting you mostly to ask if you’ve got any advice for us, and considering how far away we are from you, and that we wont be selling Korean Fusion (though it sounds like a killer product) i was hoping you wouldn’t see our budding business as competition and might be able to offer us some basic advice.
ANYTHING you can tell us to help us get started in the right direction would be absolutely appreciated.
When i pass through portland on my way down to Eugene, i’m gonna have to stop by your truck and try some of your tacos! They sound awesome
