Our First Chef Special: The K Reuben

Our first chef special, the Korean Reuben, was a fantastic success. With Corned Beef and Bulgogi, Kimchi laced sauerkraut, Korussian dressing, and Swiss Cheese on toasted rye complimented by a sweet and tangy fresh Asian coleslaw, how could the masses resist?? We sold out every day before the close of business!

We anticipate the same wild response from this week’s special: Korean Nachos! A pile of warm tortilla chips smothered with the meat of your choice (or tofu!), Gochujang nacho cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo, Mung bean sprouts, cilantro, and hot or mild sauce make up this gastro-party!
